2. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the stroller you’d like to purchase, and add it to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete your order. It’s that easy!
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will be able to see the available shipping options and their costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
- UK Orders: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination country.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey through the carrier’s website. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?

8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your stroller arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@linaux.shop. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
10. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are continuously working to expand our services, so please check back for updates!
11. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

12. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@linaux.shop. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update your shipping details. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
